In this session, you will learn the tricks you need to bring your BBQ cooking to a whole new level. The dishes cooked can also be applied to other meat cuts, helping to expand your repertoire further. Students will also prepare great salads and garnishes, to be served with the succulent meats.
Recipes include: Moroccan Spiced Lamb Shoulder with Tabbouleh Salad and Coriander Yoghurt; BBQ Ribs with Baked Potatoes; Whole Beef Rib with Soft Herb Crust and Panzanilla Salad; Mustard and Spice Encrusted Snapper (or Salmon) with Roasted Garlic Corn Cobs.
